If your product is defective or doesn’t fit properly, let us know so that we can work on getting you an exchange.

Refunds & Exchanges

We believe in our products so much that we offer a 30-day No-Hassle refund/exchange policy. If you’re unhappy about your purchase regarding the fit, send us the product back and we’ll exchange your product immediately.

CANCELLATION / CHANGES

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.  We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.    

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refunds usually are done in 2-3 days according to different payments.
